·          The Crown Chakra is located at the top of the head and the color is violet.  It is associated with the top of the head, brain, and the entire nervous system. 

·          The Brow Chakra (Third Eye) is located in the center of the forehead and the color is indigo.  It is associated with the forehead, temples and the carotid plexus.

 ·          The Throat Chakra is located at the base of the throat and the color is sky blue.  It is associated with the brachial or cervical plexus.  It controls the throat, neck and the arms and hands. 

·          The Heart Chakra is located in the center of the chest and the color is emerald green.  It is associated with the heart, the blood circulatory system, the cardiac plexus as well as the lungs and the entire chest area. 

·          The Solar Plexus Chakra is located in the solar plexus and the color is yellow.  It is associated the muscular system, the skin, the solar plexus and large intestine, stomach, liver, and other organs and glands in the region of the solar plexus.  It also governs the eyes (sight) and face and how it figuratively represents the face one shows the world.

 ·          The Sacral Chakra is located in the center of the abdomen and color is orange.  It s associated with the reproductive system, sexual organs and the lumbar plexus.  

·          The Root Chakra is located in the perineum, the point between the anus and the sex organs and the color is red.  It is associated the  lymph system, skeleton system, the prostate gland in men, the sacral plexus, the bladder and elimination system and the lower extremities.  The nose as the organ of smells and is associated with survival.
